Hey there, I'm Bec, and I've been a Pilates teacher for 20 + years. I love helping people acquire the tools to feel better in their own bodies. I firmly believe that movement heals!

Pilates is for Every Body

No matter your fitness Pilates can help you feel better and move with more grace and ease. 

Currently my teaching only happens in cyberspace (yes, because of Covid but also because the new bricks and mortar Dragonfly Pilates studio is still a work in progress) However, thanks to the internet I can teach & guide you wherever you're located - happy days!


Pilates Matwork Classes

Matwork = floorwork and is the most accessible way to learn Pilates. Some folks think it's the most challenging too - it's just you and your mat! The jumping off point for these classes is Joseph Pilates' original 34 exercises with whatever else I throw in the mix. We explore ways to tune in to yourself, align your body & mind, breathe, and move!

FitBall & Foam Roller Classes

Do you have a FitBall or Foam Roller lying around your house? Do you want some more creative ideas of what to do with them in order to develop better strength, body awareness, and balance? These classes are the perfect mixture of using the respective prop to either challenge, assist or restore your body.

Private Sessions

Do you want more personalised guidance? Are you dealing with injuries or conditions best suited to a slower pace or don't feel ready for a class? One on one private lessons are focussed specifically on you, your body and your goals. We'll work with whatever props and equipment you have on hand. Own a reformer? Groovy! Own a couple of hand weights and a dog ball? Also groovy - I love being creative for my clients.
