Why Spider Free? Well, my usual ‘studio’ had a visitor so I moved filming to my verandah🕷 This is an Intermediate level Mat Class that starts with some midline, balance awareness work on all fours and ends with Boomerang (which is what I call a kitchen sink exercise: inside are smatterings of Rollover, Teaser, Spine Stretch, and some of Rowings from the Reformer repertoire). There are some slight additions and variations to the Classical repertoire, I hope you enjoy the class.
