Mat: Twisty Time

I had so much fun filming this and coming up with some exercise variations to incorporate more twisting into the traditional Pilates Matwork. The class starts and ends standing and there are two technical issues that aren’t so flash hot: 1. When I’m standing the framing isn’t great; I’m either decapitated or out of the shot - oops. & 2. My microphone was placed higher than usual so the sound sometimes has too much interference or is muffled if I turn my head too much.

Even with those caveats I think you’ll enjoy the class :)
