Demo/Tute: Control Arabesque on the Reformer

I know I say this all the time but this really is one of my absolute favourite Pilates exercises! It asks everything of you: strength, flow, flexibility, great proprioception, and good movement sequencing. You also get to invert and with the hips up will want to maintain some serious lift!

I have to admit that this is not my best version of this exercise. It’s an advanced exercise that would normally come toward the end of a Reformer workout. I’d only done a few exercises before this attempt so I wasn’t warmed up enough to really do it justice. It still felt good to do though and there’s beauty in the attempt, so there you go...
