Tutorial: Single Leg Stretch

Showing the progression of the Mat exercise Single Leg Stretch, specifically looking at the idea of hip dissociation, i.e. moving the thigh bone easily inside the hip socket. First how Knee Floats relates to the exercise and then showing the advanced version which is a twist. Reps would be 5-8 each direction.

Please note power tools were being used in the background of part one and Charlie also made her presence known. Part two is quai-overhead to show the pathway of the leg more easily (at least that was my intent)
