Let me explain…
I originally published a blog called, pilates + life + health and imho created a lot of informative and useful content. It was crafted from my viewpoint as a long-time Pilates teacher. That meant that no matter the topic, everything I wrote pretty much circled back to the world of Pilates. The more I wrote and the more I explored what a ”healthy“ life looks like, the more I wanted to expand on what I was sharing so The Vibrancy Society was born.
Pilates & Movement were the entry points for me to seek a “high vibe” life but I also wanted to look at Creativity and some of the other things I consider Pillars of Health, i.e. Sleep, Community & Relationships, Mindfulness, Nutrition, and our Environment(s).
I pretty much write about topics that interest me, shoring up my viewpoints with research, and trying to keep things fun. I offer easy ways to up your vibe.
So what is the The Vibrancy Society? It’s where I collate my previous Pilates focused writing, add new content, as well as house my podcast Exploring Creativity, Threads & Bones. It’s my little ecosystem to share my thoughts with the world.
