FitBall: Start Standing

This class demands a bit more of the body especially the arms and shoulders. Even though a FitBall isn't necessarily super heavy, the effect is cumulative. We start with some standing exercises, then after a bouncy warmup continue with some seated work before finishing up with Mat exercises adapted to the ball. Remember, the FitBall is fun!
