Resistance Band: Classical Mat +

An advanced level class that combines the Classical Matwork with a resistance band. The band will either assist or challenge you in the exercises. Some of the exercises are similar to those in the regular Resistance Band class (Int level) but the band is placed differently here. You will be pleasantly challenged.
