 What is LIFELONG FINESSE? It’s the idea that the more we perform an exercise the more we can finesse the details and apply what we learn to other exercises in the Pilates Method.Â
In this video I look at Spine Stretch and what to think about while performing it. Then I take the shape of the exercise as well as the concepts and apply them to other Mat exercises, some Reformer work, and finish up with a version of Spine Stretch on the Low Chair.
Mat: Spine Stretch, Open Leg Rocker, Rollover, Jackknife, Control Balance, Boomerang.Â
Reformer: Short Spine, Overhead, Rowings 3 & 4
